We arrange tailor-made tours, packages and travel experiences in Costa Rica. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to our website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have regarding that data.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and booking-related personal data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver your trip, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is generally retained by our analytics provider according to its own retention settings.
