But is an all-inclusive resort really the best way to experience Costa Rica? What “all inclusive” really means in Costa Rica
True all-inclusive resorts do exist in Costa Rica, mostly concentrated in the Guanacaste beach region in the northwest (around Papagayo, Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo).
